Georgia Anne Muldrow’s debut EP on Stones Throw is one of the more interesting/fascinating things I’ve listened to in ages. Difficult to pin down, musically challenging and deliciously soulful, it’s a record that shouldn’t just slip past.
Read my review at the Cyclic Defrost blog and listen to her song Larva (click the record sleeve).
That's it. What Next?

not sure if i like Larva or not, but it’s made me interested enough to sneak a listen of the EP.

Georgia’s EP is immense. When I first heard Larva I thought my ears were deceiving me – rnb/soul vocals over hip-hop beats. Anyway, a few listens later and I was in love. Good to see more original sounding stuff coming via Stones Throw.
