The voice

At the risk of perpetuating a typically blogger-esque feedback loop, I think you should go over here where Emmy Hennings discusses her new segment, The Voice, to happen monthly on my show on FBI.
I’ll be playing a Paradise Motel track together with a track from Broadcast on October 4th, when I make my second appearance on FBI’s Join The Dots. This will be the first of a new monthly feature called The Voice, where – you guessed it – I get to play two different songs that have something to do with the voice; to compare, contrast and discuss.
Accompanying Emmy’s post is her Mess+Noise retrospective of fantastic Australian noir outfit The Paradise Motel.
Thursday, October 4, from 9pm, for The Voice. Speaking of which, I just got the new record from Ed Kuepper, and wow if you could have a crush on a voice…
